Frequently asked questions about KlettNET
KlettNET is an online thematic portal for the entire Klett Group. It provides space for any group-relevant content that concerns employees beyond their own company. A particular focus is placed on topics related to education and those with relevance for the Klett Group as a whole; sustainability is one such example.
The platform also includes a service area from where you can download information material from the Klett Group, the WIR.KLETT. employee magazine and the WIR.KLETT. newsletter. It also includes a noticeboard.
KlettNET is available exclusively to employees of the Klett Group. Once you have activated your account, you can access the content at all Klett Group locations directly from your workplace. KlettNET is a group-internal site. You must therefore not share your login details with third parties or forward any content.
You can edit or update your personal profile in Settings (cogwheel icon top right). You can also change your password here.
Logging out of KlettNET is for your own safety. If you visit the platform on a computer or mobile device that is also accessible to others, please be sure to log out properly.
When you leave the company, you have the option of permanently deleting your account in Settings (cogwheel icon top right). Alternatively, you can request deletion of your account by e-mailing info@klett-gruppe.de. To keep the user data in KlettNET as up to date as possible, the system automatically deactivates any users who have not logged in for longer than 12 months. The users concerned will be informed about the impending deactivation of their account in advance and can object to this.
You can customise the content in KlettNET, selecting or removing individual topics according to preference. Individual topics can be added or removed in the My News section of the homepage. All filters that you set will be saved. The next time you visit KlettNET, you will only see content that is of interest to you.
For faster access to service area pages, you can bookmark any that you are interested in (see top right icon in the service tiles). To open the pages, you then simply click the link in the bookmark menu in the header on the homepage. Set your bookmarks now here.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours until your post is online. Your post will be displayed on the KlettNET pinboard for three weeks. If you would like to have it deleted before then, please contact info@klett-gruppe.de.
For regular updates on the latest news from KlettNET, you can subscribe to the KlettNET newsletter from your personal profile. You can unsubscribe at any time. To do this, go to your personal profile and deselect the Newsletter checkbox
KlettNET offers lots of information on a wide range different topics. The free-text search box allows you to find content you are interested in more quickly.
You can delete your KlettNET account at any time. To do this, go to My Profile and Settings. At the bottom of the page, you have the option of permanently deleting your KlettNET account.
